One plan. Two visits a year. Zero surprises.

One plan. Two visits a year. Zero surprises.

Your furnace and air conditioner work harder than anything else in your home — and they almost always break down on the coldest night or the hottest afternoon of the year. The Rock Solid Comfort Club keeps them tuned, cleaned, and inspected twice a year, moves you to the front of the line when you need us, and takes 10% off everything else we do.

What you get

What’s actually in a tune-up

A lot of companies say “tune-up” and mean a filter swap and a handshake. Here’s exactly what our technicians do on every visit.

Spring: air conditioning tune-up & 15-point inspection

  1. Clean the outdoor condenser coil
  2. Inspect the evaporator coil for dirt, ice, and airflow restriction
  3. Check refrigerant pressures and verify proper charge
  4. Measure temperature split across the supply and return
  5. Clear and flush the condensate drain line and pan
  6. Test the condensate pump and float switch
  7. Inspect and clean the blower wheel and housing
  8. Test capacitors under load and record readings
  9. Inspect the contactor for pitting, wear, and proper pull-in
  10. Measure compressor and fan motor amp draw against rated specs
  11. Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
  12. Test thermostat operation, calibration, and programming
  13. Inspect refrigerant line insulation
  14. Verify the disconnect, breaker, and safety controls
  15. Inspect airflow and install a fresh standard 1" filter

Fall: furnace tune-up & 15-point inspection

  1. Clean and inspect the burners and burner assembly
  2. Inspect the heat exchanger for cracks, corrosion, and separation
  3. Test the ignition system and igniter
  4. Clean and test the flame sensor
  5. Check gas pressure and adjust to manufacturer specification
  6. Inspect the gas line and connections for leaks
  7. Inspect and clean the blower assembly
  8. Measure blower motor amp draw
  9. Test all safety controls, limit switches, and pressure switches
  10. Inspect the flue, venting, and draft for proper operation
  11. Test for carbon monoxide at the appliance
  12. Measure temperature rise and compare to nameplate range
  13. Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
  14. Clear the condensate drain and trap on high-efficiency systems
  15. Test thermostat operation and install a fresh standard 1" filter

You get a report after every visit — what we checked, what we found, and what (if anything) needs attention. No pressure, no fear tactics. Just the facts about your system.
